This is the Base Case 2018 Scenario, it was designed to be used as a reference for comparison with the other 2018 sensitivity simulations. Version g3 of the Base Case includes the corrected layer fractions for the stationary point source emissions along with the original version g inputs for the area, mobile, biogenic, Mexico, and April 2002 fires emissions.
