Mobile Sources Input Files, WRAP 1996

The emissions inventory zipped and tarred file for all the states in the domain include: a) files for the WRAP states with all the pollutants, b,c) files for the non WRAP and Eastern states with only NH3, SO2, PM10, and PM2_5 pollutants, and d) vmt files for these states
